For Others...

Meals and Nutrition -  Nutritional services promote health among senior adults through proper nutrition.  Five programs are offered:  Congregate Meals and  Take Home Friday Frozen Meals at each Center; Home Delivered Meals (subsidized and private pay); and “Meals while you Heal” to seniors recovering from an acute illness.

Outreach Services -  Outreach staff work individually with the seniors and/or their family to match seniors to community resources that will best meet their needs.

Caring Corps - Utilizes volunteers to provide assistance to homebound and frail elderly.  
Health and Wellness - “Passport to Living” provides educational workshops and health screens.

Transportation - East Valley Ride Choice  serves the communities of Mesa, Apache Junction, Chandler and Gilbert by providing an alternative transportation program to assist eligible residents.

East Valley RSVP– Volunteer opportunities at over 70 sites for persons age 55 and over to make a positive impact on their quality of life as well as the lives of  others.
